Canada Releases “Winter Freeze” 1 oz. Silver Coin

The Royal Canadian Mint has issued the 2015 Weather Phenomenon: Winter Freeze 1 oz. Fine Silver Coin, which is composed of 99.99% silver, has a diameter of 38 mm, and costs $99.95 CAD. Its mintage limit has been set at 8,000 pieces, and the Mint’s Web site points out that 80% of these have already been sold, leaving no more than 1,600 units remaining for purchase.
