I would regard 2015 as a mixed year for the coin market but an… Full article at the source>

The San Francisco Gold Coin Market: What’s Hot, and What’s Not

July 6, 2015 in Antique Coins, Blogs, Coins, Collecting, Dollar Coins, Education, Gold, Gold Coins, History, Numismatica, Numismatics, Opinion, Rare Coins, USA Coins

I’ve written a lot about the 19th century gold coinage from the San Francisco mint, but it’s been awhile since I’ve discussed the “heat factor” for the various types and denominations from this mint. Clearly, San Francisco gold has gone from “unloved” to “up and coming” in the last few years, but which specific series are hot and which are not? Let’s take a look at each series and let me share my thoughts with you.

The new design features a cleaner look and feel, intuitive navigation, and easy access to inventory. One of the most important changes given the popularity of smart phones is that RareGoldCoins.com includes support for mobile devices.

RareGoldCoins.com is now a true resource for both the experienced collector and novice alike. New buyers of US gold coins will enjoy the volumes of knowledge about how to start a gold coin collection that can be found in current articles and the archives. Veteran numismatists looking for world-class rarities can be sure that if a coin is not in stock, DWN will work tirelessly to find it.
